Current Asian, Asian Indoor Games and Asian Indoor Champion in 1500m Under the training of National Coach Nikoloi, Sinimol has improved her performance to new level in 2006-08. Her personal best in 800m is 2:02.02s set in 2006 and 4:10.51s in 1500m set in 2006.

Asian Championship medallist Born in Mullakkanam in Kerala and graduated from Alphonsa College, Pala ,Preeja has shown consistent improvements in 10000m. She has raised standard of Indian women long distance running to the new level when she clocked 32:04.41s on 14th June 2008 in London to create her 7th record in 10000m. This performance secured her entry in Olympics games under B norms qualification.
